Prospective workups and designs for clients

i.) ALL prospective work produced for clients including website design ideas, graphic design and proposals are, and will always remain, the property of 3D Web Solutions Ltd until the respective project is completed and paid for in full.

ii.) The client does not have the right to take, use or modify ANY work belonging to 3D Web Solutions Ltd in ANY way without expressed written consent.

iii.) Should the client violate the intellectual property rights of 3D Web Solutions, the matter shall be pursued to the full extent of the law.

Payment

i.) ALL projects require a deposit of 35% before commencement.

ii.) Should the client fail to pay upon demand, the amount invoiced by 3D Web Solutions Ltd, action will be taken immediately. For example, if a client refuses to pay for his website, 3D Web Solutions Ltd reserves the right to remove it from the server until payment is made in full.

iii.) Clients who do not pay for their hosting accounts by the due date will face a suspension of their service until payment is made in full. A landing page stating that 'this account has been suspended due to non-payment' will be uploaded immediately.
